Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of Investment Foundations LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Description of Services

Investment Foundations LLC provides professional consulting services including:

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for our services
• Cooperate with our team and provide timely feedback
• Make payment according to agreed terms
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Use our services in compliance with applicable laws

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Services may be suspended for non-payment
• Refunds are subject to the terms of individual agreements

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and business matters. Both parties agree to:

• Protect confidential information shared during the engagement
• Use confidential information only for the intended purpose
• Return or destroy confidential materials upon request
• Maintain confidentiality even after the engagement ends

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in writing:

• We retain ownership of our methodologies, tools, and general knowledge
• Clients retain ownership of their proprietary information and data
• Work products created specifically for clients belong to the client
• We may use general insights gained (without identifying information) for future work

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• We provide consulting advice but clients make their own business decisions
• We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or results

Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement:

• With written notice as specified in the service agreement
• Immediately for material breach of these Terms
• Immediately for non-payment of fees

Upon termination, payment is due for all services rendered through the termination date.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of St. Louis County, Missouri.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
